Sub: Launch of module for handling out of turn Promotions of Sportspersons in HRMS
A dedicated module for handling out of turn promotions of sportspersons has been developed and deployed in HRMS. This feature enables processing, validation. and updating of Promotion Cases of sportspersons as per eligibility norms. The module provides end to end linkages i.e from recording of achievements by the sports persons to the subsequent promotion and posting.
2. All the Field Units are requested to use this module for processing out of turn promotion of Sportspersons. The Module has been made Operational w.e.f 1st December, 2025. Cases which have not already been put up to the final authority for approval may also be Processed through this module.
3. The relevant user manual for operation of the module is available under ‘Help’ option in HRMS. Further, Railways/Units may reach out to HRMS team of CRIS in case of requirement of any assistance or Clarification regarding operation of the said module. Nobo
