Sub: Grant of Training allowance to the Instructors of RPF Training Centre, Subedarganj, Allahabad, NCR.
Ref: NCR’s Letter No. E01/RPF/workcharge dated 08.01.2021
The sanction of Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) is hereby communicated to grant of Training Allowance @12% of Basic Pay with effect from the date of issue of this letter, to 18 (Eighteen) instructors posted in RPF Training Centre, Subedarganj, Prayagraj, NCR as per Board’s instructions on the subject matter issued from time to time.
2. The grant of training allowance is subject to the laid down conditions in the instructions issued vide Board’s letter No. E(MPP)/2013/3/18 dated 20.3.2015 (RBE no. 24/2015) and RBE No. 127/2001. Also instructions issued vide Board’s letter no. E(MPP)99/19/1Pt dated 11.3.2003 (RBE no. 49/2003), letter no. E(MPP)2005/13/2 dated 22.08.2005 (RBE No. 139/2005, letter no. E(MPP)2012/3/28 dated 06.10.2017 (RBE No. 145/2017) and E(MPP)/2023/3/6 dated 04.09.2023(RBE No. 104/2023)should be scrupulously followed.
3. These instructions will have prospective effect and issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
