Dear Sir,
We have been trying for the past 09 days to upload the Memorandum prepared by the Staff Side of National Council (JCM) on the 09 Themes / Questions in the designated portal of the 8th CPC. The Portal is not accepting the matter posted by us even though it is less than 10,000 Characters each. We are receiving similar complaints from all Organizations and individuals from all over the country. This forced us to forward our Memorandum through the E-mail of the Member Secretary and also to Shri Manish Kumar, Director.
Some of the technical problems being faced in loading the Memorandum in the designated portal is given below for your kind intervention and rectification.
1) After receipt of OTP in the Mobile / E-mail is showing as “Hmmm… can’t reach this page”, “Check if there is a typo in innovateindia.mygov.in.
2) After submission of the Memorandum this message is being shown “Invalid input detected. HTML tags are not allowed. Please check the consent.’
3) Total Sub Themes / Questions are 47, however, the available response fields is only 18.
In view of the above we request you to kindly rectify the Technical Problem and to make the portal user friendly and to give an SOP for the step by step to be adopted for posting the Memorandum on the 09 Questions in the portal of 8th CPC, by providing a clear and structured provision being incorporated in the Portal. The system should allowed flexibility without restrictive formatting constraints.
Due to the above Technical Problems, it will be very difficult for the Central Government Employees Organizations, Pensioners Associations and also individuals to post their Memorandum in the designated portal of the 8th CPC. Alternatively, the Memorandum may please be accepted in PDF & Word Format in your E-mail. The last date for submission of the Memorandum may please be extended from 30.04.2026 to 31.05.2026.
