2. In partial modification to Para 4 (c) of DESW letter No. 22(16)/2025-D(WE/Res-1) dated 5th December 2025, Para 2 of DESW letter No. 22(16)/2025-D(WE/Res-1) dated 13th March, 2026 and DESW letter No. 22(16)/2025-D(WE/Res-I) dated 30th April, 2026, the deadline for execution of the MoA for the empanelled HCOs is extended to 30th September, 2026 in order enable ECHS to put in place the arrangements required to implement the MoA.
3. It is directed to ensure that all necessary steps are taken by CO ECHS for the timely completion of all required actions for implementation of revised MoA including opening of the portal for fresh empanellment of HCOs prior to 30th September 2026.
4. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
