Govt(DOPT) had issued clarification that family pensioner are also entitle to claim tuition fee in respect of their children as serving employees are entitled. But audit authorities are stating that this is applicable to only those family pensioner whose emplyee spouse/mother/father had died only on or after 01.01.2006. In other words, denying this facility to those children whose mother/father had died before 01.01.2006. This is unjust. Will some body help.
