Mercy Appeal to President: Cadre review of Admin Cadre of MES

1. Ref this Association letter No AIMESCCGDEA /CHQ/2015 dt 22 Jun 2015,

2. The Association has been constrained to sumbit an MERCY APPEAL to your honour regarding the above case.

3. The Association appealed to your honour on 22 Jun 2015 with copy to Hon’ble Primer Minister, Sh Arun Jaitely Ji, Finance Minister and other Ministers. Finance Ministry has taken very quick action they have returned the cadre review to AHQ E-in-C’s Br vide their ID No F. No2(a)E.III Desk/2008 dt 25 Jun 2015 (Copy attached). Their 1st objection is very strange that “the Proposal has the approval of former Defence Minister. The AM is requested to obtain the approval of FA (DS), Secretary (Defence) and present Defence Minister”.

4. The earlier proposal was approved by your honour as Defence Minister. Do, all other proposal approved by previous Govt. has no value? The delay has been occurred due to Red tapism of Finance Ministry and the employees are suffering. Other three objections are repeated one and Ministry of Finance is waiting for 7h CPC, because thereafter all the calculation will be changed and than they will ask to re-draft Cadre review, as per 7th CPC pay & allces. From the last two pay commissions, they have been repeating the same story.

5. The employees have tired now and their morale has been down. Sir, how many years are taken by Govt of India to finalize a case? How, stagnated employees will work with full dedication?

6. We have knocked all the doors from Prime Minister to downwords; but, received no relief except pain. I still stand on my words that there is huge manipulation in .Ministry of Finance, otherwise why the three cadre reviews of powerfull cadres of MES have been approved and our Ist cadre review has been kept pending since 24 years ( 8 years by Min of Fin from 2008 to date). The Association demands an inquiry by an expert body. KAYA AISE HI HAMARA DESH MAHAN BANEGA.

7. At the end, I hereby submit Mercy appeal to your honour to intervene in the case and I do hope that justice will be given to thousand of employees of M.E.S Admin Cadre by your good-self. Hoping for early justice from Supreme power of India.
