Sub: – De-empanelment of Bhandari Hospital & Research Centre, Indore from the panel of CGHS Indore.
The empanelment of Bhandari Hospital & Research Centre, located at 21-23 GF, Scheme No. 54, Opp. Meghdoot Garden, Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P) is being discontinued from the panel of the Central Govt. Health Scheme, Indore w.e.f 17.08.2023 failure to provide credit facilities to the eligible beneficiaries of CGHS (as mentioned in the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed between the HCO and CGHS) despite continuous flow of payment from the CGHS.
You are requested to please continue the treatment of patients till the completion of their treatment who are admitted in the hospital within the empanelment period.
Performance Bank Guarantee of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) submitted by the hospital will be released subjected to deduction of penalties and adjustment/recovery of any outstanding dues (if any) after three months or settlement of all the bill, whichever is the latter, from the date of de-empanelment of the hospital as per the rules/MOA.
