Subject: – Awareness regarding modes of Fee Payment through UBI Fee Portal.

Madam/Sir

With reference to the subject cited above all Deputy Commissioners are requested to ensure wide publicity and awareness among all the Parents/Students/Stakeholders regarding various modes of payment of Fee through UBI Portal by circulating the notice as attached with this letter by publishing on Regional Office’s /Vidyalayas website.

It is also instructed to ask KVs to print and display flex banners of suitable size with the note as mentioned below: –

Note: – Fees is not payable in cash at Vidyalaya counter or by depositing with any KVS Employee (Permanent or Contractual). If these instructions are not followed, then any loss to Parents/Students will be their own responsibility.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.

NOTICE

All stakeholders are hereby again informed that the valid modes of deposit of fees by parents of wards studying in Kendriya Vidyalayas are as under: –

• ONLINE MODE
  • Debit Card- Visa, Master, Maestro, Rupay Cards etc.
  • Credit Card- Visa, Master, Rupay Cards etc.
  • Internet Banking/Mobile Banking-
  • UPI
  • POS Machine (wherever there is no branch of the bank nearby a KV within a radius of 8 kms).
• BBPS
  • Bharat Bill Pay- enabled channels/apps with multiple payment modes.
• OFFLINE MODE
  • Through physical Challan at any branch of the Union Bank of India,

Note: –

1. There is no provision to deposit the fees in cash at Vidyalaya counter or through any office staff of KVs (Permanent or Contractual). If these instructions are not followed, then any loss to Parents/Students will be their own responsibility.
2. Parents can download the genuine/authentic UBI fee receipt from the UBI fee Portal by clicking on print receipt button.
3. Parents should deposit the fees only through the valid URL (https://epay.unionbankofindia.bank.in/kvchallan/default.aspx) while making the payment through online mode
