पेंशन एवं पेंशनभोगी कल्याण विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि पारिवारिक पेंशन प्रदान करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से सीसीएस (पेंशन) नियम, 2021 [CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021] द्वारा ही शासित होगी। चूंकि इन नियमों में दावों के निपटान के लिए निर्धारित दस्तावेजों और उचित प्रक्रिया को पहले ही स्पष्ट रूप से परिभाषित किया गया है, इसलिए प्रक्रिया में कोई अन्य शॉर्टकट या छूट नहीं दी जाएगी।

निष्कर्ष: पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने के लिए दावेदारों को स्थापित कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना जारी रखना होगा और सभी मानक निर्धारित दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे, जिसमें कानूनी रूप से लागू होने पर उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण पत्र भी शामिल है।
