(a) Whether Government has announced constitution of Seventh Pay Commission for the Central Government employees;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which the Pay Commission is expected to submit its report?

(a) and (b): Yes, Sir. The constitution of the 7th Central Pay Commission is as under:-
(i) Shri Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur – Chairman
(Retired Judge of the Supreme Court
and Retired Chairman,
Armed Forces Tribunal)
(ii) Shri Vivek Rae, – Member (Full time)
(Secretary, Petroleum & Natural Gas)
(iii) Dr. Rathin Roy, – Member (Part time)
(Director, National Institute
of Public Finance and Policy)
(iv) Smt. Meena Agarwal, – Secretary
(OSD, Department of Expenditure,

(उच्चतम न्यारयालय के सेवानिवृत्त न्याउयाधीश एवं सेवानिवृत्ता अध्यतक्ष, सशस्त्र बल अधिकरण) – अध्यणक्ष
2. श्री विवेक राय,
(सचिव, पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस) – सदस्यक (पूर्णकालिक)
3. डॉ. रथिन रॉय,
(निदेशक, राष्ट्री य लोक वित्त् एवं नीति संस्थादन) – सदस्यक (अंशकालिक)
4. श्रीमती मीना अग्रवाल,
(विशेष कार्याधिकारी, व्यीय विभाग, वित्तस मंत्रालय) – सचिव
