रेलवे बोर्ड के पत्र सं. E(NG)II/2019/RC-5/2 दिनांक 31.01.2019 की प्रति सूचना, मार्गदर्शन तथा आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु प्रकाशित की जा रही है।
Vide this office letter dated 12.12.2018, the matter was referred to Board for allowing consideration of grandson/granddaughter of land losers for appointment on Railways. Board have not accepted the same.
Board’s letter is enclosed herewith. The cases may be disposed of accordingly.

In the circumstances explained in your Railway’s letter quoted above, the matter has been looked into and it is stated that the Railway may strictly adhere to extant instructions of Railway Board while dealing with representations of land losers. As per these instructions, grandson/ granddaughter of land losers are not covered for consideration of appointment.
