NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th October, 2020

No.CSWB-12/198/2017-CSWB.-In continuation to this Ministry ‘s notification of even number dated 28.08.2020, the Recruitment & Promotion Rules in respect of Executive Director of Central Social Welfare Board (CSWB) is attached herewith.

ORDERED that a copy of the notification be communicated to all concerned.

ORDERED also that the notification be published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India for general information.

Officers under the Central/State Governments/Statutory Commissions/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies under the Central/State  Govts/UTs

 A-   (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or

(ii) With five years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 12,000-375-16,500/- (Pre-revised pay) or  pay band of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- (revised) or equivalent, and

b. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.

Essential

i)      Graduate degree

 ii)     Ten years  experience in administration and  establishment work, out of which at least two years should be in a managerial position, in Central Government/ any other Government Organization/Public Sector Undertaking /Autonomous body under Central/ State Government/Union  Territory.

Desirable

Five years experience in the field of social sector, especially women and children, disadvantaged  and  vulnerable  groups etc.

B)  Promotion:

Joint Directors of CSWB with regular service of five years or more in the grade pay of Rs. 7600/-

 1. Period of Deputation/Contract including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department in Central Government/State Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

 2. The maximum age limit for deputation including  short term contract shall be 50 years as on closing date  of receipt of application prescribed.

{The crucial date for determining the age  limit  shall be the closing date for  receipt  of  applications  from candidates in India (other than those in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep)}.

13.   If a DPC exists, what is its composition Search cum Selection Committee constituted as under
