Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR) for the year 2024 (as on 01.01.2025) – Reopening of Online Portal for submission till 09.05.2025: Railway Board Circular

CIRCULAR

In continuation of the earlier Circular No. ERB-I/2024/13/AIPR dated 31.12.2024, requesting all Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers posted in the Board’s office—including those belonging to RBSS, RBSSS, Miscellaneous Cadres and those on deputation to other organizations, to file their Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR) for the year 2024 (as on 01.01.2025) online through the SPARROW portal by 31.01.2025; it has now been decided to re-open the said portal for a further period of 10 days from 30.04.2025 at 00:00:00 Hrs. to 09.05.2025 at 23:59:59 Hrs. for all the Group ‘B’ officers of RBSS, RBSSS & Miscellaneous Cadres to facilitate submission of AIPR.

2. Officers are advised to treat this extension as an exception. It is reiterated that timely submission of AIPRs from the next year onwards is mandatory and should be strictly adhered to.

3, All other terms and conditions regarding the filing of the AIPR shall remain the same, as stipulated in the aforementioned Circular dated 31.12.2024.

4, This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
