For the latest financial year, the Commission has sought even more detailed information, including:
- Number of employees receiving Bonus/Productivity Linked Bonus/Adhoc Bonus
- Total Bonus/Productivity Linked Bonus paid
- Number of employees receiving Honorarium
- Total Honorarium paid
- Number of employees receiving rewards for meritorious or good work
- Total expenditure on such rewards
- Total expenditure on Bonus, Honorarium and Performance Incentives
All financial figures are required to be furnished in lakh of rupees for every Pay Matrix Level.
